Pathetic service stalling business

Highly disappointed with this courier company! I have a business to operate and due to the lack of service from these people, all my orders are on hold. I had the most arrogant sales person allocated to me, rambling on about his 5000 clients and earning more money than the owner. On top of that in the short time he was with me he bad mouthed 2 of his clients that had issues with parcels! Very unprofessional and disgusting! I was suppose to have my account set up last week Wednesday already! Pathetic and disgraceful
