Pathetic service received from Monique @ Courier Guy handling Takealot.com deliveries

Monique from Courier Guy in Cape Town who is responsible for all Takealot orders is probably the worst person to deal with. She has no sense of urgency and zero customer service experience. She has quite literally avoided me for 4 days with every phone call and ignored me with every email sent! I have lost business because my parcel was not delivered on time and because of that I have to pay Takealot for orders cancelled. And all because Courier Guy could not make one simple delivery! My suggestion - get more people on the Takealot account or get rid of Monique, because she has proven to be useless beyond all doubt!
