PATHETIC SERVICE REALLY!!!

Most pathetic service ever!!! First the waybill number cant be traced AT ALL. Then the package was suppose to be delivered by Wednesday, then Friday. Trying to reach the correct person to speak to, been cut off twice, cant reach the numbers (that was given to me by staff 2 seconds ago) the calls went through 3 people before being cut off, phone back, now theres NO ANSWER.
