Pathetic Service - Product Not Delivered 😡😡

I have been waiting for 3 days now for my package. I received a WhatsApp message that my package is out for delivery on the 2nd of December however at 7:25pm the package was returned to the Durban Depot.

I then tried contacting the courier guy but they refused to take any calls, they have responded via email to say that the package had only arrived in Durban on the 3rd of December but it was dispatched to be delivered to my house one day before. How is that possible?

It is not the 4th of December at 20:00 and I have still not yet received my package as it was dispatched this morning.

We are extremely disappointed with the pathetic service we receive from this company. We want our packages delivered or a Full refund.
