Pathetic Service on missing parcel

I will NEVER use this company again. Pathetic customer service, they lost my package between I sent between Stellenbosch and Malmesbury, package ended up in St Helena Bay and was supposed to be delivered to Malmesbury, however it is now missing. 2 weeks later, I must sort the problem, being directed by one branch to the other and eventually at their Head Office, being told the branches are trying to figure it out. Attitude of everyone I've dealt with thus far has been below average customer service. I won't trust them with another package.
