Pathetic service no parcel on truck The Courier Guy

The courier guy is not even worth a 1 star rating. Will never ever use them in the future again. Delivery guy arrives at my place to deliver my parcel but their is no parcel on the truck. So where is my parcel? Asking the delivery guy he gives me 10 000 of excuses. Phoning Jbay Branch to find out where my parcel is, lady and the manager telling me the parcel is on the truck. I went looking for ITT who is doing delivery for The Courier Guy and told the driver that i phoned the branch and spoke to the manager and told him what manager said. Delivery guy tells me maybe the parcel is still in Jbay in the other bakkie and delivery guy told me that they are going to George now. I phoned the branch again and told the lady what the driver told me. Lady tells me that they are not going to George but to Willowmore. Did someone stole my parcel at the Jbay Branch? The Courier Guy is worst than the post office. Something needs to be done with this pathetic service.
