Pathetic service. No accountability

Absolutely disgusted by The Courier Guy. Been using them since our business started but the service I received this last month was disgusting. They lose my customers parcel then put in the notes that incorrect order was sent then can't find the parcel again then continually promise delivery then lose the parcel again then say it will be returned to sender( Which it was not). All this while continually promise call backs that are never received. No sense of urgency. Not apologetic at all and the worst part no one takes accountability. I ask for management and I'm promised call backs. Candice Steyn whoever she is sucks info out of her thumb. I'm am so frustrated currently and still no idea where the parcel is. Pathetic service especially considering the 1000s of rands we spend with you guys. Sies
