Pathetic Service, Katlego the driver lies!!!

I am very disappointed at the pathetic service experienced with this company. My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 17 July. It was sent back to the Hub. I called them on Tuesday, 18 July, they told me that the driver is new and unfami**** with the area of delivery (don't you use GPS), so delivery will be made before the end of the day. Delivery was not made. Called on Wednesday, 19 July, they told me the package is out for delivery again, and eventually they put me through to the driver. Driver tells me he is in my area and will deliver my package around 12pm. No delivery. I call the driver at 4pm, he tells me he didn't have my package in the 1st place. So he lies. I give him a chance, and call him on Thursday 20 July. He tells me he's in my area and will deliver around 12pm again. Come 2pm, no delivery! I call him again, he tells me he's waiting for my Waybill Number (which I already sent him 6 hours ago). No truth from Katlego the driver, and no delivery on my package. I am still waiting for some sort of light at the end of the tunnel. This is pathetic service at its peak!!!
