Pathetic service from thecourierguy!

Paid for overnight delivery from PE to DBN. Package suppose to arrive on Friday. Durban branch don't answer their landline, after hours number and their email bounce back. No way of getting hold of them. Phoned PE branch. Informs me its COVID-19 fault! Gives me another DBN office number to phone and yet again no answer. Why charge OVERNIGHT fee if its not OVERNIGHT? Absolutely useless. Wont ever use nor recommend.
