Pathetic service from the courier guy Nelspruit

I had an urgent parcel with urgent documents and bank cards as I have to leave for another province for an urgent meeting. Today at 11:00 I went to the collection point in Nelspruit where I were told they have send it to another town, Lydenburg and there is nothing they can do. I have to wait another day........... NO apology, nothing to take responsibility. It was blamed on their head office.

Now my trip is postponed for another day!!!!!!!!!!
