Pathetic Service From The Courier Guy In Durban

Very poor Service from The Courier Guy in Durban. My collection has been delayed 3 days in a row. The assigned driver when to the Company to collect after closing hours twice in a row. Then the next day My collection is delayed because it can not fit on his bakkie.

When trying to call an speak to them after holding for almost half an hour to complain they cut the call while you are talking. PATHETIC SERVICE.

I Order from Johannesburg with the same company and my collection is always collected the same day. Never an issue.
