Pathetic service from the Courier guy

I ordered medicine and paid for it to be sent over night. It was collected on Monday. I phoned them today just to hear that my parcel is still on its way and will only be delivered tomorrow being Thursday. Their response was, sorry sir Johannesburg may have put your parcel on the economy run, nothing that we can do.
