Pathetic service from The Courier Guy

I use their courier service on a weekly basis and of recent their service is pathetic. I've booked collection and my packages does not get collected which means the delivery is also late. I pay for an overnight service and packages arrive 4 to 5 days later. Their staff have no idea of what's happening... they are just a bunch of idiots.... I would rather recommend to stay clear of The Courier Guy...
