Pathetic service from The Courier Guy

The Courier Guy received my parcel on Thursday the 17th in the morning. Up to today the 22nd at 2pm my parcel is still not out for delivery. This has inconvenienced my business and my customers. I have called the company I bought goods from to expedite my delivery with The Courier Guy and they did. The promise was I would get my delivery at 2 pm but I just checked on The Courier Guy tracking app and my parcel is still at their warehouse. This is so frustrating and unfortunately I can't reverse my order with my Supplier as they did their part of the job timeosly but we all let down by the Courier. What a shame, Courier Guy 😡😡😡😡😡
