Pathetic service-from Knysna branch

Had never experience such ****y service. Been waiting for my delivery. Currently on day 4.delivery was scheduled 4 17/01/22 according to their sms, then it never happened i receive no communication from the courier. Wednesday same sms was sent scheduling delivery we waited whole day no delivery took place in the evening i checked on line item was returned without informing my self as client on day 2.Thursday i phoned lady promised to get back to me till this time i am still waiting for the call. In the evening tried reaching out to them via chat box was told that driver is running late. Parcel will be delivered,We waited no delivery took place. This morning followed up with chat box as they don't bother to answer calls in the branch any more. Item is again out for delivery. Response i received from chat box ist they will call me back to sort the matter out that was this morning i am still waiting and chances are i wont be getting the delivery i Payed for.
