Pathetic Service from Courier Guy Rustenburg

I booked a pudo Parcel to be dropped off at the locker in Derby. When i arrived there the locker was out of order. I then took the parcel to the Rustenburg branch and told them the problem i had. I took it on Monday at 3pm. The pudo booking is supposed to expire on Tuesday at 5pm. I dropped the parcel off and the guy took it. I was well within the time before expiry. The guy then called me and told me that they have an issue with the system and they cannot process the booking, i emailed pudo Help assist which was absolutely useless and ***********. First the Rustenburg branch representative that responded to me told me that they dont know what parcel I'm talking about. I then went back to the branch to get the guys name and i told the person "trying to assist" whon it was by. They then responded saying that the time has now expired and i must rebook. I cant rebook and be charged twice because of *********** useless staff.
