Pathetic Service from Courier Guy JHB

I was supposed to have a parcel delivered to me for same day delivery. i called their call center, tracking the parcel the entire day and was convinced over and over by the staff and the Operations manager Gerrit for my area that my parcel would surely get delivered to me before close of busines. i asked the Operations manager for the drivers number so i could communicate with him but the operations manager refused to assist with it. eventually and 16:40 when i call the operations manager again he says that the driver was at my gate and tried to call me numerous times but there was no answer. he then gives the drivers cell number , to which i contact the driver and the driver says that he never called anyone and asked the operations manager to call us because the driver had no contact number for us.... this i have on recording and screenshot proof that the operations manager has been lying to us.... it is past 5pm and now i am unable to reach the operations manager as he is obviously gone home and i still do not have my parcel which has a deadline for 7pm today..... i honestly wouldnt suggest businesses interact with Courier Guy as they will damage your Business reputation.
