Pathetic service from courier guy

Good evening, I'm very disgusted at your customer service, last week Wednesday 20th May 2020 I gave Alfred a box to be delivered to kuruman, a week later the lady has not received her box as yet Alfred mixed up the stickers, till today by the way all she got was empty promises from everyone at courier guy, incl Marelise, What pathetic service you have What are you running there, a business or some fly by night thing BTW with the virus going around you will refund her in full and for wasting our time and effort and airtime WE don't know where that box has been to TCG ***0
