PATHETIC SERVICE FROM COURIER GUY

I sent a parcel to PE, the receiver tries to collect pin doesn't work. and then it starts. They have attached the wrong pin and locker number to the parcel when they collected it from the locker, the pin etc is for someone in Phalaborwa. Trying to get them to understand that is like pulling hens teeth. They first tell me it's been collected, then try to blame me and keep telling me who the parcel is for and it's a white package with handwritten details MINE is a black parcel printed waybill. STILL WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO PHONE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
