PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I will not recommend them at all. Second time a company sends me goods via them and both times there were issues. First time - First they wanted me to drive 17km to meet them. Then they wanted to charge me extra and I refused again. Then they said it was not in their area so they have to send it to another branch of theirs - but then they did deliver after all. Second time - Again they wanted me to meet them. Same story, not their area - he phones from Herm**** and they deliver up to Riviersonderend only. I am 17km odd on the other side. Now they have handed the parcel to an agent...still waiting and it is 3 days later.... Companies if you can use another courier service!!!!
