Pathetic Service Courier Guy

I received my order today from Durban my one box with spices the box was damaged an my spices were open.The other box contained an envelope for another person.I called the *** an was assisted by a lady that kept me waiting for 15 minutes without coming back to me on a regular basis .When she did come back to me she said it was escalated to the regional manager.I called the regional manager to find out how long it would take an he said it depended where in the queue my complaint was He was not helpful at all.Do we still employ people in management positions that don't care about customer service.When I told him I am going to log on hello Peter he did not seem to worry I called the headoffice expecting better service but it seems like Courier Guy service is generally pathetic.I was told I could go to the Secunda office.I am the customer the company gets paid for the service .Am supposed to go with my box to them Really.
