Pathetic service costing us money

I sell on takealot.com and use the courier guy alot.i had a product rejected at takealot cape Town due to my barcode being damaged . So that means I lost that sale . Then the courier guy charged me again to ship the parcel back to me. We have received the parcel back only to find the courier guy has *****ed up once again . My barcode was not damaged, their *********** staff stuck their barcode over ours. Their ***** ups is costing us money.
