Pathetic service Cape Town branch

Minus 20 actually. Pathetic service and don't give a .... attitude. Parcel just "dissapeared ", no one takes blame, not even a phone call from Cape town branch to say sorry and how can we make it right?! After how many phone calls i made and emails i have send. There is no proud in service delivering anymore. You pay for a service and pray it gets delivered to you. Wonder how the owner feels about all the negative feedback??? Are you proud about your business???
