Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic. More than half my parcel from Johannesburg via PE to East London disappeared. The parcel was opened..... This is after the driver forgot to scan it after collection, and it stayed behind in J.burg. It should've been here days ago.I am totally stuffed without the material. More than a week now since collection. And now this.
