Pathetic service and wrong Province

They sent my package to the wrong province. Witch i might still understand, because South Africa does have more that one middelburg. But what brings me to this review is there customer service. They still wouldn't have known if i didn't tell them, when i told them they never responded with an update,a solution or anything. I had to check my tracking only to see my parcel is on its way back to JHB to be dispatched again. There phone contact doesn't work, they don't reapond on their chat, and if they do its very short of being customer friendly. Ill recommend my retailers i buy from online to switch.
