Pathetic service and support

The days of them being reliable are past, I spend between R2000 to R5000 a month with them collecting parcels for my business, the new trend is to not collect and just submit a failed attempt and that the parcel was not ready, if you phone customer service you are told the same story, you can never speak to a manager or anyone who can escalate anything, I will not be using their services anymore, I was told that even if my parcel was collected on the 19th in Gauteng it would take to the 24th to reach Middelburg which is usually a overnight trip, I cancelled my collection and this was the last, C79SD7 3 x failed attempts and I will be using another company to do business going forward
