Pathetic Service
Worst experience!!! I'm trying to find out where my parcel is, and all they can say is "in transit". NO ONE is willing or able to assist in saying where the vehicle is currently. 10km from the depot or 1000km from the depot. I paid for over night service because this parcel is extremely urgent, but NO ONE at The Courier Guy is able to just tell me where the parcel is currently traveling. PATHETIC!!!
