pathetic service

after missing the delivery, did a query over the weekend on why they did not deliver as stated, and told the guy it's the worse client service provided, and i gave delivery note to add my conditions for delivery then on purpose directed my parcel 200 km to the wrong branch, having to wait till day 4 for delivery and not taking responsibility for their poor actions
