Pathetic service !

I booked a parcel to be collected on 12/08/2021. Received email from *** stating booking was incorrect (does not state what is incorrect) and ask me if he should cancel the pickup. I rep**** PLEASE DON'T go pick up my parcel. No reply back from jacues.r at all. Phoned the Depot in Bloem. Angelique sent Cape Town Branch a mail on 13/08/2021. Parcel is still in Cape Town on 16/08/2021. NO SERVICE. I have a prepaid account with The Courier Guy to smooth things up . NO thank you! I will take my business elsewhere. My business is not important to you at all. You have disappointed me to much in the past as well. I cannot stand your poor service anymore.
