Pathetic service

I would to report the extremely pathetic customer service I am enduring as a result of The Courier Guy .

I was meant to have my parcel delivered on Tuesday but that never happened, I complained the Ops manager of courier guy contacted me and he ensured that I will recieve my parcel the following day, when I ordered from Galxboy I was buying a gift for someon but now it seems like that won't be possible .

Courier guy claims that they do not do door to door delivery in my area, which I find weird because I work well with Aramex, dawn wing and dhl I have never experienced any problems .

I work for a reputable company that values clientele but with the experienced with courier guy, l am forced to take further action and make an example out of Courier guy.

I donot know what is going to happen but should I order from Galxboy again pls ensure you do not use this unreliable courier service ever again.
