PATHETIC SERVICE!

If I could give negative stars. I would!

So a while ago we received a package from my parents in Middelburg Mpumalanga. We were very excited as always because it always contains some fun snacks as well. The package came through The Courier Guy Middelburg and from the arrival we were shocked at how the packages looked. The carton was damaged and folded and all the glassware inside were broken and by staying ALL. I mean literally everything!

After talking to my parents we took it up with The Courier Guy Middelburg and they said that they were going to look into it. After they said that they were going to call back they conveniently lost my mothers number and now they are hiding behind the excuse that we should have bubble wrapped everything and we should have taken out insurance for the package.

I am sorry but if the box states massively do not stack a box on this one and it states there are fragile materials inside. You can not simply hide behind these excuses as that is not the service I believe you want to deliver.
