Pathetic Service

If there was an option to use no stars, i would. No other courier company in South Africa provides such bad, unreliable service and has such pathetic customer service agents to answer queries.

They constantly change the dates for delivery, and when you query it, they blame the supplier.

It would be quicker and less of a headache if i walked to CPT to collect my parcel rather than have this **** of a courier company collect anything.
