Pathetic service

I deposited a parcel on the locker from the 9th till today they keep in updating that the parcel has been returned to the hub.why let us book lockers when u know u don't have enough lockers for our parcels? The service is pathetic last time I sent something and the same thing happened until everything was rotten and they changed the packaging and went ahead to deliver the rotten fruits .
