Pathetic service.

I call courier guy cause the locker wouldn't accept my pin, first the thing asks for my tracking number & told her I only have the pin, then it asks me first where the parcel is from, I tell it where its from & the thing still refuses to help with my pin, I had to walk back home, get the pin & walk back, because that thing doesn't know what's its doing. All it had to do was give my pin & hassle free.
