Pathetic service

Pathetic service! Their consultants keep hanging up as soon as I mention my Reference code and the one that I got to talk to tells me I have to wait 3 more days on top of the 3 days I have already waited because their trucks are breaking down on the road. I would have used another courier service had I not needed the package urgently, no I have to wait for a whole week! I am disgusted with their service and consultants
