Pathetic service

I have a package from JHB to PMB and they decided to split the package and now when tracking it it’s showing in transit for over 12 hrs due to the other one that hasn’t arrived in Pmb. When calling the call centre they refer you to Pmb warehouse to arrange for the package that’s already with them to be delivered. Their phone numbers are not being answered. This is really pathetic.
