Pathetic service
<p>I have been dealing with Courier guy for the last few months now shipping on quite a regular bassis, in the beggining was very good just to secure the business.</p> <p>In the last 2 months they have not collected on at least 7 occasions and then they blame the opperations department, they have missed some crucial pick ups then not saying amything until you as the paying clinet ask whats going on do you maybe get a reply if they feel like getting back to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a small business my business is hitched on shipping and having a relabile partner to make sure my goods are delivered in time or i face not being paid for my jobs due to delivery dates.</p> <p>I have taken it up with top management and i get the same type of response that they are trying there best and they do sometimes have these things happen, I can understand once or twice but more then 7 its become a real issue for me.</p> <p>The latest is that they have more then one collection to collect at the same time as mine so my collections would have to wait until the driver can collect at the collection point and pretty much told that the way it is.</p> <p>My question is why would you offer a service get a client to pay fro the service upfront then not deliver on the promise from your side Courier guy????</p> <p> </p> <p>RATHER NOT OFFER THE SERVICE, I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THEY ARE NOT GEARED TO OFFER A LEGIT SERVICE!!!</p> <p>DO NOT USE COUREIR GUY OR THEIR XOC DEPARTMENT THEY SUC****!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
