PATHETIC SERVICE

Worst courier and customer service company ever. My parcel was delivered at 10am, i was out and asked the delivery guy to wait 5mins as i was very close by but he left and said he will come back, never did. Called the call center at around 3 to inform them that that parcel is urgent. The manager i spoke to, Julian is useless, waste of time, all he did was apologies. waybill 79BTDB
