Pathetic service
So I've been waiting for the courier guy to collect my parcel for order #148435, this morning one of the drivers came but refused taking my parcel because i did not print out the invoice, how do they expect me to print an invoice while i am still working from home, i gave the guy the delivery note/invoice which was provided on delivery but he refused
