Pathetic service

A parcel was sent from Newcastle for overnight delivery, the driver comes to the gate and I went to give him the pin so I can get the parcel (documents) only to be told that the office made a mistake and it shows delivery and collection.. now the driver said he cannot leave the parcel with me cause he will be in trouble.. these documents were meant to go out today! There was a reason we used overnight courier, it's now 10:12 and I still do have the documents.. calling them is a nightmare.. such pathetic service and inconvenience to me as a client for their mistake
