Pathetic service

The service is pathetic, poor communication as everyone refers you back to a bot, AI. They let you schedule a collection to pick up a package, let you pay and then they just dont show up, and then when you query it with them they say you are at fault as the attempted collection, which is not true as nobody showed up. Beware as you pay for nothing!!
