Pathetic service

I would like to submit my complaint. I am not happy with the service I have received. I have tracked my parcel Monday afternoon to check if it's not arrived in Mthatha depot as I was willing to go and collect it. It's my fine fragrance stock that is due today for the 25th customers. Then the parcel was still in PE. In the morning I chatted before 8 again but they were closed. Sms received that the parcel is out for delivery. I chatted at 8 so that I locate the driver they usually come very late here as per convo I cannot be able to collect if from the driver. The address on parcel says leads Northcrest then I corrected it and the ref no received As per convo said I must wait for delivery between 8 and 5. I waited the whole day here because the is no one during the day. I didn't receive any call up to 16h57 where I decided to locate the parcel again the status changed to in transit. I called the Mthatha office and they referred me to the depot I spoke with the lady there and she confirmed that the parcel is in transit but she will locate the driver. I am so furious because this is my business that is affected. She promised to send the driver with in 30 min. Until now the driver is not arrived from 47 min ago and they are not picking up the phone. That means I am stupid. She knows exactly that after our conversation she won't pick up the phone. All the phones now rings and go straight to voicemail. That means I am a stupid person in front of their eyws
