Pathetic service

I used courier guy to send parcels from Cape Town to JHB. I told them the parcel is VERY fragile and they helped me pack the box as it was a clay bunny. I paid extra to get the bunny there overnight. When it got there the bunny was broken into pieces. After speaking to head office they refused to take responsibility and said it's not their fault. This is the THIRD time they have broken my items going to JHB. The drivers and people handling the packages are reckless and doesn't take responsibility for anything. Head office doesn't want to assist as it easy for them to put to blame on you as customer.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SHIP FRAGILE ITEMS TO NOT USE THEM. They are in plain words just PATHETIC.
