Pathetic Service

Worst experience ever with a courier service. Parcel was send out for delivery on 26/10/2021, and up to today 04/11/2021 still not delivered. After numerous calls and whatsapp's by myself and the sender of the parcel still no feedback at all. Not even Quintin, the area manager bothered to reply to the whatsapp's send by the sender. I was also not called back as promised by the Operations department and Erensia. Day 2 of following up and still not even an answer or indication when I can expect my delivery as it is still in Louis Trichard and I am in Pta. Never will I make use if the Courier Guy and hope that the sender will also consider making use of a different courier service as this could be damaging to their reputation.
