Pathetic service

My parcel was collected on thursday and I paid for overnight delivery on friday morning I saw on the track and trace that the parcel was receive at 05h00 in the morning in johannesburg, after trying several times to phone them I still did not reach anyone that could assist me. I will definitely not recommend or use them again.
