Pathetic service

I ordered a something that was to be delivered by them. The driver came to my residence, tried to call me but unfortunately my phone had died. A neighbour came to check why is he standing there, he said he's delivering a parcel to me but cannot get in touch with me. (The proper procedure is he takes the parcel back, contacts my supplier who will contact me for an alternative address or number to contact me and then deliver my parcel). But no he gets the number of the home owner who gives him authorisation for this neighbour to sign for the parcel. In my mind is this....how did he know he's speaking to the home owner? How did he know it was a neighbour? I will never use this company to courier my goods and I will be weary of goods being delivered by them to me. They are a security risk to any company. This driver actually came back to confront the neighbour.
