Pathetic Service!

The courier Guy is so ***********.,they sent an email in the morning to notify me that my parcel is out on delivery which didn’t happen.When I called them they told me the delivery guy attempted to call me which is a lie..they advised me that they will put me through to the area manager which also did not happen because they kept disconnecting my call..pathetic service!!Order number-UA***
