Pathetic service

I was a victim to a ****, and I contacted The Courier Guy within one hour of sending the package, they claimed to have stopped the shipment only to find out the next day that the Harrismith branch sent out the package after receiving an order NOT TO SEND the package. Unacceptable, now I have lost the item, and no urgent attention is given from their side to try and retrieve the package, or help me in any case.
