PATHETIC SERVICE

The Courier Guy is the most *********** courier company. They lost my parcel and after days trying to find it they just pull up their shoulders!!!! I will never in my life ever use their services. A parcel that was supposed to go to HARTEBEE****RT ends up in PINETOWN and then gets lost. Dont even bother trying to phone the call centre as the agents are just as USELESS. You end up with a Branch Manager that has a dont care attitude. AVOID THE COURIER GUY AT ALL COSTS.
