Pathetic service

I have had amazing experiences with the courier guy and especially Nadine in Hans Strydom but i was referred to the online portal as I need to order some boxes for my mum who is 66 and I am in Cape Town so I just want to order and pay and have them delivered, I been emailing daily for the last week and no one can assist or even call me , a lady by the name of Mia is replying with generic copy paste answers and this isnt helpful. Does courier want to grow their customer base or is it just a face to face cause if thats the case close the online division down.
